Newstead Brass start their Christmas concerts this week with ‘Festive Favourites’ in Kirkby Woodhouse on Friday December 10th.The evening will combine audience favourites from the band’s wide repertoire with music and carols associated with this festive time of year. The concert takes place at St John’s Church, Kirkby Woodhouse at 7.30 pm and admission is £5 for adults, £2.50 for children and tickets will be available at the door.
Tickets are also available for the band’s ‘Sounds Like Christmas’ concert (£5) at Hucknall’s St Mary Magdalene Church on Monday December 20th at 7.30 pm with special guests Eastwood Male Voice Choir and Newstead Plays Big Band’ (£3) at the Newstead Centre on Sunday January 2nd at 8.00 pm. Tickets can be purchased via the band website or by calling 0115 952 7435.
